1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register on the ceobdt platform and use its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Only those aged 21 or above may use ceobdt.
• You must use a valid personal account registered in your own name — operating an account on behalf of others or for the benefit of a third party is prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed.
• You are not located in a region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on ceobdt, accurate personal information must be provided in the registration form. After registration, you may be asked to complete an identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is completed.

2.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Notify ceobdt support immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account. You will be responsible for any losses resulting from failure to keep your account secure.

2.3 Account Verification

ceobdt reserves the right to verify your identity, age and payment method at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Ownership

ceobdt accounts are non-transferable. Buying, selling, renting or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).

3.4 Transaction Conditions

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ceobdt offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• To receive a bonus, a promotional code (if applicable) must be entered at the time of registration or deposit.
• Attempting to use bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same IP address will result in the relevant accounts being closed.
• ceobdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion; previously granted bonus conditions will remain unchanged.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the permanent closure of the account and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Using manipulation, software scripts, bots or any other automated method to exploit the bonus system.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• Seeking out vulnerabilities in the system or deliberately exploiting them.
• Committing fraud, harassment or intimidation against other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ceobdt servers or networks.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

Any of the above violations may result in legal action. ceobdt reserves the right to share information about suspicious activity with law enforcement agencies.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ceobdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. This action may be taken in particular in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Allegations of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.
• As required to meet legal obligations.

9.2 By the User

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account. Bonus funds remaining in a closed account will be considered void.

9.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed for ordinary reasons, verified real deposited funds will be returned (excluding bonus funds). However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, ceobdt reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

11.3 Entire Agreement
